Individual Therapy:

Individual therapy is for the person wanting to turn inward as a way of increasing self-awareness, letting the unconscious become conscious and allowing your innermost voice to be heard. If you are seeking freedom from self criticism, desiring to cultivate compassion and hoping to let go of patterns that aren’t serving you any longer then you may be ready for change. Length of individual therapy with this approach can take time as we will be going beyond the surface to understand the behavior to promote the desired change you hope to achieve.

Couples Therapy:

I hold space for all types of intimate relationships. Making the decision to come together to deepen connection is a courageous step. Couples seeking therapy may be hoping to increase communication, gain trust, or work through a specific issue affecting the relationship. In couples therapy, I do require that both individuals are invested in the process. Space will be held weekly to explore the relationship dynamics, attachment styles and communication styles. For deep transformative change, I recommend at least 8 sessions, however length of couples therapy can vary depending on your preferences and needs.

Therapy for Teens (16 and up):

Teenage times can be tender as life transitions are abundant and you are coming to know more of who you are. Being in the in between, adulthood being so close and yet not quite there can be confusing and overwhelming. I will offer a holding space and get to know you as we navigate this journey together.
